Margaret and I purchased Macarthur and Bradbury in August 1992, at which time they were a one or two man practice with no staff. Excellent client and patient service have grown the practices to a 10-vet team with over 25 staff over the last 12 years.
Along the way we have extended and renovated our Camden practice, and built a new facility for Bradbury.
There has been extensive investment in equipment and staff training, with a dedicated training budget ensuring that both the vets and nurses attend courses at least annually.
Regular in-house training is also undertaken to maintain our high standard of customer service.
We pride ourselves on being up to date and caring about all our patients and clients.
